Um.. if I'm not mistaken, I think its the range. I haven't PK'd in ages, but I don't think the regular Soul Break has that much range to it. A larger hitbox, perhaps.
Oh, you don't have to take my opinion for it though. I haven't been on GC in a while, so I am probably painfully incorrect.
