Officers are not allowed to touch the member list.

We can only accept and reject.

And also input an opinion for suspending someone from the guild.

and updating certain things, keeping watch of the members, correcting errors where there is need.

IMO if they are requesting for Dusk + it would be nicer for them to Request in both RC and RW due to the fact they will get that char RC and the rank.
