| this poem is ofcourse going to be very short, indeed.
it was inspired by today, during my conditioning for basketball
How it started to rain, but we kept running, how every took there shirts off to run, how the team encouraged each other, and me to keep going, dont stop, finish strong. (and it doesnt rhyme... it's just to express myself)
Passion : Basketball in the Rain
The calm rythmatic rain against the grass, ground, and bleachers represents my calm and cool Exterior
The Lightning represents my Power
The ripples of the wind, thunder, represents my Ambition
The rythems of the bouncing ball represents my Boldness even though it's hidden behind that exterior
Increasing speed as i run with the ball representing my moment of Truth, my Passion
Sound of the swish from the net, of the ball i shot, represents my Success, my Finish Line of my Dreams.
In ways most people don't seem to notice me and what's going through my mind, basketball is my passion, and the rain that seems depressing, is my Drive
I will Not Give Up!
I Won't Quit
