the event lied to me......

i used 1,524 gems, and not a single level 9 =/

gotten more down grades, than having no changes and upgrades combined

guess they made sure to make mine a 50% more downgrade

like evertthing in this pitiful world that wants to make sure i fail, and never succeed........

I used 1,000 gems and got 2 necklaces to level 9 and 1 anklet to level 9. (not sure if the event includes anklets)
