Does Riku even want the account back? Also didn't you originally create the account because that means you are technically the owner. Riku probably lost some respect during his emo moments, but I can symathise with him since I also lost respect for the same reason.
He kind of forfeited his claim to the account anyway. You can't just keep jumping accounts.
