What Sci is saying is: Just because you decide to use regular attacks doesn't mean the enemy has to. It will randomly use normal or psych attacks.
So you can keep on attacking using normal attacks but it does not have to use normal attacks back.

Grind skip is if there is a definite chance you will win. If Chatot continues to do 3 dmg, you'll die in 11 turns. You would done 33 damage by then + the 9 thats only 42.

Chatot uses Chatter it doe 3 dmg.
