E3 just seemed like a bunch of sequels and same old ideas all around.

Is there a problem with sequels?
New ideas aren't necessarily good James.
The only good new games announced were like, The Last Of Us and that Ubisoft game.
And then there's Injustice: Gods Among Us which is a fighting game containing super heroes. New idea? Yes. Looks good? Yes.

Sequels tend not to change much *cough* COD *cough* sorry I ate some bad fish.
Injustice: Gods Among Us->Marvel Nemesis Rise of the Imperfects PS2 (I wouldn't expect many to have that level of knowledge) "But this game is with DC characters". lol that doesn't make it a new idea.
The Last Of Us just looks a lot like Splinter Cell if you fail at stealth from the video I saw.

The clip I saw was exactly like it mixed with a hint of "Lost in Blue"

Splinter Cell is very stealthy and mission based.
TLOU is clearly stealthy, but because it's a post-apocalypse and you're trying not to be killed due to having limited supplies and whatnot.
Fisher has gadgets and endless supplies. Joel has random crap that he find lying about.

Can we not argue over that and instead talk about fighting aliens in a Nanosuit in where ever we're fighting them now?

Not a fan of Crysis, didn't see why everyone loved it so much.

Crysis is cool because it's in the future, it has aliens, and, along with all its other features, totally fire bolts Lightning Bolt! up. Example, Crysis 2: New York, New York is totally Fire Bolt'd up. Like, they destroyed a LOT of New York. (I actually have C2. But I can't play it cause I have a Nvidia 7100, and it needs a 8800.)

The best futuristic shooter I ever played was Vanquish, and that game was A LOT of fun.

If there's a Steam demo you should check it out. I assume it's as good on PC as it is on PS3.
And here's a 23 second video about how good it is.
