Secret of the Forms: The Mastery of the Forms

This last trial to obtain one of the strongest abilities, This is to test both Valor and Wisdom at the same time



Requirements:

Must have both Valor and Wisdom Form

Have one Reincarnate

NOTE: If your name is crossed out [s]"Like This"[/s] , then I have seen and accepted your entry.

However, you are not eligible to recieve the items for Master form until you meet all the requirements
