I use Smokey to increase my attack to 12 (PP:55). I use Breezy to increase my B. Lv. to 5 (PP:45). I use Light Ray to reduce the def to 10 (PP:35). I use Fanatic Flare to deal 5 damage and 24 for having 60 PP (PP:28).

I attack. (12-10)x5 = 10 + 29 = 39 dmg.
